Product Description
Powerpole connector set, includes Red and Black Housings and 2 - 45 Amp Contacts. These contacts are for 10 - 14 gage wire.
These come Pre-bonded pair of Red/Black housings. These are in the ARES/RACES standard configuration.
These Powerpole connectors come in one housing size that accomodates three different wire ranges. All contacts are rated at 45 Amps.
The 15 Amp contact indicates a wire range from 16 - 20 AWG.
The 30 Amp contact indicates a wire range from 12 - 16 AWG.
The 45 Amp contact indicates a wire range from 10 - 14 AWG.
This allows for interchangeability between all three sizes of contacts and suggests a general current range.

A great product
I purchased these connectors in the bonded version, and they worked good. This works much better than the version in which you must use a pin to connect two plugs together. There was no instruction leaflet, but installation of the terminals was not hard to figure out. Delivery was fast and inexpensive. I would purchase from Impulse Electronics again.
