The DC12 MITY T300 GO-BOX made in the US, specifically for the Compact Power Source series that comes complete ready for a 12 Volt, Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) with a 12, 15 and 20 Amp Hour battery of your choice. Control Panel (left to right), Dual Powerpole connectors for 30 amp maximum output; Automotive Power Port (Cigarette Lighter); Combination USB QC3.0 and USB Type-C that supports Power Delivery (PD) with DVM to indicate battery voltage level with built in switch to turn off the USB/DVM (Digital Volt Meter) that draw a small amount of current with their regulators and LED lights. This is to prevent power drain when the unit is put into storage. The battery, with everything turned off, should not self discharge more than about 10% in 6 months to a year.
These units are built in a rugged hard shell water resistant type case and the connectors and ports have rubberized splash covers to prevent water from entering the case.
When batteries are purchased with this unit, they range from 12Ah to 20Ah and come with the appropriate chargers for the batteries. They come with a 2 or 4 amp charger designed specifically for LiFePO4 batteries. Do not use a standard led acid battery charger for this battery.
They are light weight at 2.1 pounds plus battery and charger, easy to carry. It makes an ideal portable power source for radios, AC inverters for lap top or other electronic equipment. A good source for powering ham radios in the field? running Kayak fish finders, electronics and charging your phone with the USB power port.
These are built with LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) and are manufactured by Bioenno Power. They have enhanced charge cycles, over 3500+ charge cycles, and 5 to 10 or more years of service life. They are more stable than the LiCoO2 and Li-Ion Polymer batteries. They have built in circuit protection which prevents over current, over discharge, under voltage, over voltage or thermal runaway.
They are warranted for 5 years on a pro-rated basis. I.e. 1-6 mo. 100%, 6-12 mo. 75%, 13-18 mo. 50%, 19-60 mo. 25%.
